Liquid Reboot is a modern Double IPA that balances power with high drinkability. Utilizing a premium base of Golden Promise malt alongside oats and wheat, it offers a soft, creamy foundation for an intense hop display. The sensory profile is exceptionally vibrant, featuring Mosaic and Citra for a punch of mango and citrus, while Nelson Sauvin and HBC431 contribute sophisticated notes of white wine grapes and mixed berries. This sensory experience is defined by an explosion of tropical fruit aromas followed by a juicy palate and a firm, clean bitterness. It concludes with a smooth finish that masks its strength effortlessly.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber with a persistent, dense white foam head that leaves intricate lacing. Clarity is clear to slightly hazy, typical of modern high-hopping rates.

Aroma. Intense and multifaceted hop aroma leads with pungent mango, passion fruit, and bright grapefruit. Secondary notes of crushed gooseberry, white grape, and faint red berries emerge. A low, clean, honey-like malt sweetness provides a subtle, grainy background.

Taste. Initial impression is a saturated hop character bursting with citrus peel and tropical stone fruits. The bitterness is moderately high and firm but lacks harshness. A smooth, bready malt presence softens the mid-palate. It finishes medium-dry with a long, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a noticeably smooth, velvety texture from the inclusion of oats. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. A very light, clean alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
