This intense Double IPA presents a lush sensory profile dominated by a sophisticated hop blend of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nectaron. The aroma is a tropical explosion of ripe mango and peach, layered with the distinctive white grape notes of Nelson Sauvin. On the palate, juicy citrus and stone fruit flavors are anchored by a resinous, dank backbone of pine. Despite its significant strength, the mouthfeel remains remarkably soft and pillowy, delivering a smooth experience with restrained bitterness. A clean, neutral malt base allows the complex interplay of tropical fruit and forest-floor resin to linger through a dangerously drinkable finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a thick, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring bold tropical fruit notes of mango and peach, accompanied by white grape, bright citrus, and a resinous pine undertone. Very low, neutral grainy maltiness in the background; alcohol is present but clean and well-integrated.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of ripe mango, stone fruit, and grapefruit dominate the initial impression. The mid-palate reveals complex white wine characteristics and a dank, resinous quality derived from the heavy hopping. Low, soft malt support with no caramel. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, providing balance against the fruit esters. The finish is smooth and medium-dry with a lingering tropical and piney aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but gentle alcohol warmth reflects the high strength without being solventy or harsh. No hop-derived astringency.
