This Belgian Pale Ale offers a modern interpretation of a classic Flemish style, balancing a complex base of three malts with the vibrant profiles of Simcoe, Chinook, and Warrior hops. The sensory journey begins with an inviting bouquet of floral aromas and subtle citrus, underpinned by bready and toasty malt notes. On the palate, a smooth, creamy texture carries flavors of honeyed biscuit and light caramel, followed by the resinous and grapefruit-tinged bitterness of the American hops. It finishes clean with a characteristic bitterness, marrying traditional Belgian fermentation with a bold, contemporary hop character.

Appearance. Deep gold to copper (10–14 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, thick, creamy off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a foundation of bready, toasty, and slightly honeyed malt character. The hop profile is noticeably citrusy and floral, showcasing Simcoe and Chinook with hints of grapefruit and pine. Low fruity esters of pear and orange are present, with minimal peppery phenols.

Taste. Initial soft, smooth malt flavors of biscuit and light caramel. The mid-palate introduces a refined bitterness from Warrior hops, complemented by the citrusy and resinous flavors of Chinook and Simcoe. The balance is firm yet approachable, leading to a moderately dry finish where a lingering, herbal, and citrus-inflected hop bitterness persists.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, creamy palate. Carbonation is moderately high, providing a lively mouthfeel. At 6.2% ABV, there is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
