This refreshing Fruit Beer presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by the addition of natural bio lemon. The aroma is dominated by zesty, fresh-squeezed citrus notes that leap from the glass, supported by a delicate, crackery foundation of barley malt. Despite its very low alcohol content, it maintains a recognizable beer character with a clean fermentation profile. On the palate, the sharp, bright acidity of the lemon provides a crisp counterpoint to the light-bodied malt structure. Crafted with Pyrenees water and left unfiltered, it delivers a soft, natural texture and a bone-dry, thirst-quenching finish that is exceptionally light on the palate.
Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (SRM 2-3). Distinctly hazy and turbid due to bottle fermentation and lack of filtration. Moderate white head with fair retention and slight lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh, zesty lemon peel and natural citrus oils. Low malt aroma characterized by faint notes of white bread or raw grain. Hop aroma is very low to absent, allowing the fruit to dominate. Clean fermentation profile with negligible esters.
Taste. Immediate impact of tart, natural lemon juice and zest. The barley malt provides a subtle, grainy sweetness that is quickly overtaken by refreshing acidity. Hop bitterness is low, providing just enough structure to maintain balance without being perceived as juice. The finish is short, clean, and exceptionally dry with a lingering citrus brightness.
Mouthfeel. Very light body with a slight softness from the yeast suspension. High carbonation provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. No alcohol warmth is perceived; no astringency.
