This Belgian Tripel presents a sophisticated sensory journey, opening with a brilliant golden hue and an effervescent, fluffy white head. The aromatic profile is intense, led by vibrant tropical fruit esters, spicy black pepper, and classic bubble gum notes. On the palate, a light, honey-like malt sweetness is immediately countered by a complex interplay of cooling mint and sharp peppery phenols. The experience evolves into herbal hop character and a unique, slightly nutty chestnut finish. Despite its substantial 9.3% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a crisp, dry conclusion and a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
Appearance. Brilliant gold (5–6 SRM) with excellent clarity. Features a large, fluffy, long-lasting white head with characteristic Belgian lace and high effervescence.

Named after the river that brought our hometown's great flood in 2013, St. Vrain is designed to pay homage to classic Belgian Tripels while also adding a uniquely local twist. Colorado barley creates a subtle malt sweetness and American hops bring rich herbal and floral aromatics, both perfectly complimenting the warm spice and fruit character of the Belgian yeast. What at first looks innocent, light in color and body, suddenly swells up with a strong current of aroma and flavor, and a 9.3% ABV.
