This tropical interpretation of a Weissbier reimagines the traditional German wheat ale through a Piña Colada lens, enhanced by a velvety nitro pour. Intense aromas of fresh-squeezed pineapple and sweet shredded coconut lead the profile, seamlessly integrating with the base beer’s natural banana esters and spicy clove phenols. The palate follows suit, offering a lush, dessert-like experience where bready, doughy wheat malts support a vibrant fruit character. Appearance. Deep gold (6 SRM) with a brilliant haze. Features an exceptionally thick, moussy, long-lasting white nitro head that exhibits a slow cascade and leaves dense, creamy lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominant notes of ripe pineapple and creamy coconut overlay a classic fermentation profile of banana and spicy clove. Low bready and grainy wheat malt supports the fruit-forward bouquet.
