The appearance is a slightly hazy blonde with an exceptionally dense, persistent white head. On the nose, vibrant organic lemon zest provides a bright citrus punch, harmonizing with the peppery yeast phenols characteristic of the style. The palate reveals a complex interplay of fresh cereal grains and a subtle kiss of vanilla from the bourbon barrel maturation. Highly attenuated and effervescent, it transitions from zesty citrus to a bone-dry, crisp finish that emphasizes its refreshing nature.
Appearance. Pale gold (5–6 SRM) with a slightly hazy clarity. Topped by an abundant, compact, and exceptionally tenacious white head that leaves significant Belgian lace.
Aroma. High intensity featuring a vibrant mix of fresh lemon zest and spicy black pepper phenols. Low earthy hop character complements a light, grainy malt profile with a faint, sweet hint of vanilla from the wood maturation.
Taste. Initial impression is bright and citrus-forward. A soft, grainy malt palate with fresh cereal notes is quickly overtaken by peppery yeast character and moderate hop bitterness. Subtle vanilla and oak tannins provide depth. The finish is very dry, clean, and refreshing with a lingering citrus and spicy aftertaste.
