This refreshing New Zealand Pilsner offers a bright, hop-forward experience centered on the vibrant Motueka hop cultivar. An inviting aroma of fresh lime zest, tropical fruit, and a subtle crushed-grass note leads the sensory profile. The palate follows with a clean, bready malt foundation, reminiscent of fresh crackers, providing a soft cushion for the moderate bitterness. Effervescent and incredibly smooth, it finishes dry with a lingering citrus brightness. Appearance. Brilliant straw-gold color (3 SRM) with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring bright lime, lemon zest, and tropical melon notes from the Motueka hops. Supported by a medium-low bready and crackery malt scent. Very clean fermentation profile without esters or significant sulfur.

Taste. Initial crispness gives way to flavors of lime, gooseberry, and light tropical fruit. The bitterness is moderate and clean, balancing a gentle grainy-sweet malt backbone. The finish is dry and smooth with a short, refreshing citrus aftertaste. The balance is hop-forward but supported by noticeable bready malt.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively, prickly sensation on the tongue. No alcohol warmth or astringency present.
