This refreshing American Lager, a collaboration between Le Ketch and Jackalhop, delivers a bright and exceptionally crisp experience. While maintaining the clean, neutral foundation of a traditional lager, the inclusion of Peacharine hops elevates the profile with delicate layers of stone fruit, specifically fresh peach and nectarine, alongside a whisper of citrus. The palate is light and highly attenuated, offering a lean grainy sweetness that quickly yields to a snappy, dry finish. With its low alcohol content and sparkling carbonation, it serves as a sophisticated, modern take on a classic style, prioritizing thirst-quenching drinkability with a refined hop twist.

Appearance. Very pale straw color (2 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Topped with a white, frothy head that displays moderate retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Low intensity. Subtle grainy-sweet malt character. The hop profile is distinctive for the style, featuring light peach and nectarine notes from the Peacharine variety. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial impression is neutral and crisp. Low grainy malt flavor with a hint of sweetness that is quickly balanced by low bitterness. The Peacharine hops provide a moderately-low flavor of stone fruit and a floral quality. Finishes very dry and clean with a short, refreshing aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body with high carbonation that creates a noticeable carbonic bite on the tongue. Smooth and refreshing with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
