Le Ketch

This potent Triple IPA delivers an olfactory explosion led by a massive dry-hop addition of Peacharine and Nectaron Cryo, bursting with ripe peach and tropical pineapple notes. Nelson Sauvin contributes a sophisticated vinous character reminiscent of white grape, while Simcoe grounds the profile with hints of resinous pine. The inclusion of honey boosts the alcohol to a warming 10% while ensuring the body remains lean and dangerously drinkable. It balances intense, high-octane bitterness with a floral honeyed undertone, finishing exceptionally dry and hop-forward, epitomizing the modern, high-strength Double IPA.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange; moderate white head with persistent lacing; slight haze typical of heavy dry-hopping but generally clear.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant stone fruit (peach) and tropical pineapple; vinous white grape and gooseberry; background of resinous pine and a floral, light honey sweetness; neutral grainy malt.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit and peach; mid-palate reveals resinous pine and crushed grapes; very high bitterness that is firm but not harsh; subtle floral honey sweetness; dry finish with a long, resinous, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body; smooth texture; moderate carbonation; noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth; no harsh astringency.
