This non-alcoholic American IPA serves as a sensory bridge between the biting freshness of traditional American hops and a light, accessible body. Bright citrus and resinous pine notes lead the experience, capturing the vibrant profile of a classic terrestrial IPA. A foundation of clean, grainy malt supports a firm bitterness that remains crisp on the palate. Despite the negligible alcohol content, the beer maintains a clean fermentation profile and a dry, hop-forward finish, ensuring the aromatic intensity of New World hops takes center stage without the caloric weight or heat of a higher-gravity ale.
Appearance. Medium gold in color with a clear to slightly hazy presentation; capped by a medium-sized, persistent white head with moderate lacing.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent citrus zest, resinous pine, and subtle tropical fruit notes; supported by a low, clean, grainy malt character with a very clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of grapefruit and earthy resin. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a brief support before a medium-high bitterness takes over. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a smooth texture; moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. Contains no perceived alcohol warmth.
