Appearance. Dark reddish-brown (approx. 18-20 SRM). Clear with a moderate, light tan head that shows good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity of sweet malt with distinct notes of toffee and toasted nuts. Subtle undertones of milk chocolate and a very low, earthy hop presence. A hint of fruity esters resembling red apple is present but secondary.

Bitterness is medium-low, balancing the malt without becoming dominant. The finish is medium-dry with a clean, lingering toffee aftertaste and low earthy hop flavor.
