Walking Summit is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the punchy, tropical intensity of New Zealand Riwaka hops. It pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing a saturated bouquet of passion fruit, crushed citrus, and a subtle, dank grapefruit zest. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture that carries waves of tropical fruit flavors, supported by a neutral, bready malt base. With its restrained bitterness and juicy finish, this beer emphasizes hop depth through biotransformation, resulting in a refreshing yet complex profile that captures the essence of modern Southern Hemisphere hop expressions.

Appearance. Straw to light orange with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, and stone fruit from the Riwaka hops. Background malt is clean, neutral, and lightly bready; no caramel or toast present. Fermentation character is clean and supportive.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with intense tropical and citrus qualities. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that is well-integrated and never harsh. Malt flavor is low and grainy, providing a soft foundation. The finish is off-dry to medium with a lingering, juicy fruit character and a smooth aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth mouthfeel with no astringency or harshness. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated at 6.1%.
