Laugar Brewery’s SYNESTHESIA is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the concentrated power of Dynaboost Mosaic hops. This New England IPA pours with a characteristic opacity, leading with an intense sensory explosion of overripe mango, blueberry, and stone fruit. The use of Mosaic delivers its signature complexity, blending tropical sweetness with subtle earthy pine notes. A soft, pillowy malt base of light grain and bread supports the hop saturation without competing for attention. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a lingering juicy aftertaste, embodying the smooth, fruit-forward essence of the style while maintaining high drinkability.

Appearance. Color is straw to light orange (3-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze. It features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple, alongside distinct blueberry and peach. A subtle, clean, grainy-bready malt background supports the hop profile without any caramel or toast presence.

Taste. An immediate wave of juicy tropical and stone fruit flavors, specifically tangerine and apricot, driven by the Mosaic hop additions. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that feels soft and integrated. The malt provides a neutral, grainy sweetness that transitions into an off-dry, smooth finish with a clean fermentation profile and no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft body with a smooth, pillowy texture and no astringency. Medium carbonation provides a gentle lift, while the alcohol presence offers a very light, well-integrated warmth.
