Into the Void is an intense Double IPA that presents a saturated hop profile driven by a complex blend of Citra, Mosaic, Ariana, and Lilly. The sensory experience begins with a high-intensity aroma of ripe mango, passionfruit, and blueberry, accented by the unique floral and stone fruit nuances of the Ariana and Lilly varieties. On the palate, the hop saturation is profound, balanced by a firm yet smooth bitterness that avoids harshness. A lean malt backbone allows the tropical and resinous notes to dominate, leading to a dry, lingering finish with a well-integrated alcohol warmth characteristic of its strength.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-10 SRM). Opaque haze with a thick, persistent white head that exhibits excellent retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tangerine, mango, and tropical berries. Distinct floral and herbal accents provide secondary complexity. Malt character is low and neutral, offering a clean, grainy foundation. Fermentation is clean with very low esters.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of citrus zest, pineapple, and crushed berries. Bitterness is moderately high and assertive but remains smooth on the tongue. Malt flavor is low, providing a neutral support without caramel or toast. The finish is dry to medium-dry, leaving a long-lasting impression of resinous hops and tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. A gentle, clean alcohol warmth is present but well-incorporated. Devoid of harsh hop-derived astringency.
