HELLTZALE is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop trifecta of Talus, Citra, and Strata. It pours a dense, hazy gold with a creamy white head. The aroma is a tropical explosion, featuring the distinctive pink grapefruit and subtle dried rose notes of Talus alongside the bright citrus and mango of Citra. Strata adds complexity with layers of passion fruit and a hint of dankness. On the palate, the soft, medium-full body provides a plush foundation for these intense fruit flavors. A gentle, bready malt presence balances the restrained bitterness, leading to a smooth, juicy finish with a well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Color is pale gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy clarity with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head showing high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of pink grapefruit, tropical mango, passion fruit, and a subtle herbal-dank undertone. Low bready malt character in the background with neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with citrus and stone fruit dominance. Low bready malt flavor. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is soft and never sharp. Finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering juicy aftertaste.
