Laugar Brewery’s DYSTOPIA is a quintessential Hazy IPA, delivering a massive wave of tropical and citrus intensity. The expert use of Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Citra cryo hops creates a complex aromatic tapestry of ripe papaya, zesty lime, and passion fruit, backed by a subtle, resinous pine undertone. Its golden, opaque appearance and thick, rocky head invite a velvety experience. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture that carries lush flavors of stone fruit and grapefruit, balanced by a restrained, smooth bitterness. With its 6.9% ABV providing a gentle warmth, this beer finishes clean and juicy, epitomizing the modern, hop-forward sensory profile.

Appearance. 3-7 SRM. Pale golden to light amber with a luminous, opaque haze. Forms a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango, papaya, and passion fruit, complemented by bright grapefruit and a subtle resinous pine. Malt character is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready or grainy.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of stone fruit and citrus. Malt flavor is low and supportive, providing a grainy backbone. Bitterness is moderate but soft and well-integrated, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency is present, and there is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
