Cloudy Fever is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a tropical hop hit. This collaboration between Laugar and Kees presents an opaque, glowing appearance with a thick, meringue-like head. The aromatic profile is intensely driven by a saturated blend of stone fruit, mango, and bright citrus, supported by a clean, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the experience is soft and pillowy, delivering a massive wave of juicy hop flavors with a restrained, smooth bitterness that ensures high drinkability. It finishes with a delicate, off-dry fruitiness and a clean fermentation profile, epitomizing the modern New England style.

Appearance. Straw to orange-gold (SRM 4-6). Opaque with a substantial, luminous haze. Features a medium, rocky, white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), stone fruit (peach, apricot), and citrus (tangerine). Background notes of grainy-sweet, bready malt. Fermentation character is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and stone fruit aroma. Low to medium-high bitterness that is perceived as moderate due to the soft malt base. Malt presents as lightly bready. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering, juicy hop impression without any harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth mouthfeel with light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no harshness.
