This collaboration Gose-Radler presents an exceptionally refreshing profile, blending the traditional tartness of a Gose with the zesty, citrus-forward lift of a Radler. The addition of fresh lemon enhances the natural acidity, while coriander seed provides a subtle, spicy, and herbal counterpoint. A delicate salinity threads through the palate, accentuating the bright citrus notes and doughy wheat base. The low alcohol and high carbonation ensure a crisp, effervescent experience, making it highly sessionable. It balances the lactic tang of a classic Gose with the vibrant, thirst-quenching character of lemon zest for a clean, dry, and mouthwatering finish.
Appearance. Yellow (3 SRM) with a moderate to full haze consistent with an unfiltered wheat base. Features a tall, white head with tight bubbles and good retention, appearing highly effervescent.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a dominant character of fresh lemon and citrus zest. Complementary notes of spicy coriander seed and a light, doughy wheat malt presence. Clean lactic sourness is evident, with no detectable hop aroma or fermentation byproducts.
Taste. Initial impression is sharply refreshing with a medium-high lemon sourness. Soft bready and doughy malt flavors provide a light backbone. A noticeable but restrained salt character appears early, enhancing the citrus fruitiness. Bitterness is very low, with the balance driven by acidity. The finish is fully attenuated, dry, and crisp.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with very high carbonation providing a tingly, effervescent sensation. The salt content gives a slightly mouthwatering quality and a rounded feel, while the acidity keeps the beer from feeling heavy. No alcohol warmth.
