El proceso de elaboración comienza con un molturado y macerado de las maltas, a unas temperaturas concretas que darán lugar al mosto. Llegado a este punto, se procede a separar dicho mosto del bagazo; añadiendo a continuación los lúpulos, que dotarán de aroma y amargor a la cerveza al mismo tiempo que se encargan de su conservación.
Tras esta fase se procede al enfriamiento del mosto y su almacenaje para que se produzca la primera fermentación con ayuda de las levaduras, de esta forma, los azúcares se transforman en gas y alcohol.
Finalmente, el embotellado, donde las levaduras existentes darán lugar a una segunda fermentación en botella totalmente natural.
