This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant sensory dance of tropical and stone fruits. Aromas of freshly sliced pineapple and sun-ripened peaches dominate the bouquet, supported by a clean, lactic tang and a hint of creamy sweetness from the addition of lactose. On the palate, the assertive acidity of the pineapple leads the charge, quickly softened by the succulent essence of peach. The wild fermentation character provides a bright, crisp structure, while the lactose creates a velvety texture that rounds out the finish. It is a harmonious balance of tart, tropical energy and smooth, fruit-forward sweetness.
Appearance. Pours a hazy, glowing golden-orange with a soft, white head that dissipates moderately. Visible carbonation contributes to a lively visual presence.
