Appearance. Brilliant straw-gold (3 SRM) with exceptional clarity. Pours with a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Forward notes of spicy, herbal, and flowery hops from the dry-hopping. Background of low grainy-sweet malt reminiscent of fresh dough and toasted crackers. Completely clean fermentation with no esters or sulfur.
