Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM); clear with a brilliant shimmer; medium-sized, persistent white head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of sweet strawberry, honeydew melon, and grapefruit zest. Subtle floral undertones and a light whisper of pine resin. Low, clean, cracker-like grainy maltiness; clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with juicy strawberry and melon flavors. Low to medium-low clean, bready malt support without caramel sweetness. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a firm backbone. Dry to medium-dry finish with a lingering aftertaste of citrus rind and soft berry notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Medium-high carbonation providing a crisp bite. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth; no astringency or harshness.
