Aroma. Moderate to high hop aroma intensity, dominated by American hop characteristics including grapefruit, orange, and tropical fruit notes. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is clean with negligible esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus peel and tropical fruit. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a brief support before a medium-high bitterness takes over. The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste that remains clean and free of harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, thin texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing prickle on the tongue. There is no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency.
