This elegant Brut IPA delivers a sophisticated experience, marrying the effervescence of champagne with the bold aromatics of a modern hop profile. A base of Pilsen and Vienna malts provides a faint, crackery foundation, while the use of special enzymes ensures a bone-dry, refreshing finish. The sensory spotlight belongs to the hops: Mosaic and BRU-1 contribute vibrant notes of tropical fruit and pineapple, while Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin impart a distinct white wine and gooseberry character. Chinook adds a subtle resinous depth. Intensely carbonated and exceptionally crisp, it offers high hop expression with refined, restrained bitterness.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 2-4). Brilliant clarity with high effervescence. Large, frothy white head with excellent retention and fine-beaded lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring white grape, gooseberry, and tropical pineapple. Subtle floral and spicy notes. Minimal malt character, showing only a trace of grainy-sweetness. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is exceptionally crisp and dry. Minimal malt flavor with a light crackery note. Pronounced hop flavors of melon, passion fruit, and white wine grapes. Bitterness is low to moderate, significantly lower than a standard IPA. The finish is bone-dry and clean, with a lingering vinous and tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Very light body. Very high carbonation, creating a spritzy, champagne-like mouthfeel. No detectable alcohol warmth. Sharp, crisp, and highly refreshing with no astringency.
