Land & Labour Lustre Apricot is een heerlijke wild ale die gemaakt is in samenwerking met de beroemde brouwer Jordan Keeper. Deze bijzondere drank komt uit Ierland, waar Land & Labour een kleine brouwerij is die zich toelegt op het maken van ambachtelijke bieren met lokale ingrediënten en wilde gisten. De Lustre Apricot heeft een prachtige oranje kleur met een lichte schuimkraag. Het aroma is fruitig en complex, met tonen van abrikoos, citrus, hout, kruiden en funk. De smaak is fris en zuur, met een volle body en een zachte textuur. Je proeft de rijpe abrikozen die met 300 gram per liter zijn toegevoegd aan het bier, maar ook de subtiele hopbitterheid en de houtachtige tonen van de foeder waarin het bier 21 maanden heeft gerijpt. De afdronk is lang en droog, met een licht zoetje en een hint van vanille. Land & Labour Lustre Apricot is een unieke en smaakvolle wild ale die je zeker eens moet proberen. Het alcoholpercentage bedraagt 5,8%, dus je kunt er rustig van genieten.
