This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, sensory-rich tribute to foraged harvests, bursting with a deep melange of Blueberries, Blackberries, and cherries. The aroma leads with intense dark fruit skins and a sharp, lactic tang, softened by a comforting, aromatic thread of vanilla. On the palate, the tartness of the berries is front and center, providing a juicy, mouth-watering acidity that evokes a freshly baked berry pie. The vanilla rounds out the finish, lending a subtle creaminess that balances the wild, funky fermentation character, resulting in a complex, fruit-forward experience that is both nostalgic and sophisticated.

Appearance. Deep burgundy to dark purple hue (SRM 30+) with a persistent, thick pink-tinted head and moderate lacing. The beer is opaque with a significant haze from the heavy fruit load.
