This sessionable ale delivers an intense sensory profile dominated by rich stone fruits, specifically ripe peach and nectarine, supported by a bright citrus backbone of lime zest. The unfiltered, hazy presentation provides a plush, velvety canvas that allows the New World hop character to lead. While the malt remains a clean, supportive background of light grain, the focus is entirely on the interplay between sweet tropical fruit notes and a delicate, indistinct floral lift, finishing with a clean and approachable bitterness.
Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 5 SRM). Characteristically hazy and opaque as an unfiltered and unfined ale. Features a moderately large, frothy white head with good retention and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and lime zest. A low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a supportive base. No significant yeast esters are present, though the hop profile lends a sweet, tropical fruit impression.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy stone fruit including peach and nectarine, followed by a crisp citrus middle reminiscent of lime peel. Low to moderate bitterness provides balance without being sharp. The malt flavor is low and cracker-like, keeping the focus on the Peacherine hops. Finishes medium-dry and clean with a lingering hint of floral hops.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, creamy texture derived from its unfiltered state. Carbonation is moderate. No perceived alcohol warmth, and it remains smooth on the palate with zero astringency.
