Set Hazers To Stun is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a "juicy" hop profile. Nectaron hops lead the sensory experience with lush peach and passion fruit notes, while Bru-1 adds a sharp, tropical pineapple punch. Amarillo complements these with a bright orange citrus finish. This beer pours with a characteristic opaque, glowing haze and a pillowy white head. The palate is exceptionally soft and full-bodied, reflecting the unfiltered nature of the brew. Its moderate bitterness is beautifully masked by a grainy, bready malt backbone, delivering a smooth, tropical-forward experience that feels both lush and incredibly drinkable.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (3–7 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple from Bru-1 and stone fruits like peach and nectarine from Nectaron. Supporting notes of orange zest from Amarillo. Low grainy, bready malt character in the background; no caramel or toast notes. Clean, neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. High tropical fruit flavor, mirroring the aroma with pineapple, passion fruit, and citrus. Low to medium malt flavor with a bready, crackery character. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-high but feels restrained and smooth. Finish is off-dry to medium and soft, with a lingering, non-harsh fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Medium carbonation. Subtle alcohol warmth. No astringency, harshness, or raw starchiness.
