Leave No Trace is a modern, sessionable take on a Belgian Single, marrying traditional monastic structure with bold, New World hop character. The aroma is a vibrant tapestry of soft stone fruits and tropical pineapple, driven by Strata CGX and Bru-1, while Citra Cryo adds a crisp layer of citrus. These contemporary notes dance atop a classic Belgian yeast profile of cracked black pepper and subtle clove. The palate is exceptionally dry and refreshing, featuring a light, crackery malt base that yields to a firm, hoppy bitterness. This highly attenuated ale offers a sophisticated, low-ABV experience perfect for outdoor adventures.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate, billowy white head that exhibits good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. The hop character is forward, showcasing distinct passion fruit and mango from Strata CGX, alongside pineapple notes from Bru-1. Citra Cryo contributes bright lime and grapefruit zest. Behind the hops lies a spicy Belgian yeast profile of white pepper and light floral esters, supported by a low, grainy, crackery malt backdrop.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and lean, with a soft, honeyed biscuit and bready malt flavor. Mid-palate, the tropical and stone fruit hop flavors dominate, balanced by moderate spicy yeast phenolics. The finish is very dry and markedly bitter, with a lingering aftertaste of citrus peel and floral hops.
