This collaborative American IPA from Lakes Brew Co presents a modern, lush take on the style, defined by a soft, hazy base that prioritizes a silky texture. The aromatic profile is an explosive showcase of its complex hop bill, where Citra and Nectaron lead with vibrant layers of grapefruit and intense tropical passionfruit. Bru-1 adds a distinct pineapple edge, while Motueka provides a bright lime zest lift. The addition of Peacherine rounds out the experience with succulent, fuzzy stone fruit notes. It finishes with a clean, balanced bitterness, allowing the dazzling fruit complexity to linger against a supportive, grainy malt backdrop.

Appearance. Medium gold (8 SRM) with a pronounced, persistent white head and significant lacing; intentionally hazy and opaque due to being unfiltered and unfined.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical pineapple, passionfruit, and lime zest. Prominent stone fruit notes of peach and nectarine are supported by a low, clean, grainy malt backbone and a light, fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity mirroring the aroma with layers of citrus, ripe peach, and tropical fruit. Low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a platform for the hops. Bitterness is medium-high but smooth, leading to a medium-dry finish with a long, fruit-laden aftertaste.
