This DDH Pale Ale presents a modern, hop-forward profile defined by its juicy and bold sensory impact. Intense tropical aromas of mango and passionfruit dominate the nose, complemented by a zesty citrus spray. At 4% ABV, the beer remains exceptionally balanced, utilizing a clean, neutral malt base that provides a soft, bready foundation without competing for attention. The double dry-hopping process elevates the aromatic intensity, delivering layers of grapefruit and pineapple that transition smoothly into the flavor. While reflecting the American Pale Ale style's hop-centric roots, it maintains high drinkability with a crisp finish and a well-integrated, moderate bitterness.

Appearance. Pours a pale golden color (5-6 SRM) with a slight haze from the intensive dry-hopping. It is topped by a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring punchy New World hop notes of crushed pineapple, mango, and grapefruit zest. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character provides a subtle background, while fermentation remains clean with only a hint of fruity yeast esters.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-dominant with vibrant tropical fruit and citrus flavors. A light, bready malt sweetness provides support mid-palate.
