This vibrant Gose bursts with a punchy, fruit-forward profile driven by generous additions of cherry, blackberry, and lime. The initial aromatic impression is a festive blend of tart red berries and jammy dark fruit, underscored by a sharp, citrusy lime zest. On the palate, a base of doughy wheat malt provides a soft canvas for the assertive fruit acidity and a characteristic hint of sea salt that makes the fruit flavors pop.
