This vibrant Hazy IPA celebrates the end of the workday with an explosion of juicy hop character. A powerful blend of Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops leads the charge, offering complex layers of white grape, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest. Zythos hops contribute further tropical depth, specifically notes of pineapple and stone fruit. Despite its unfiltered, hazy appearance, the beer maintains a surprisingly light body that enhances its sessionable nature. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel carries these fruit-forward flavors across the palate, finishing with a restrained, smooth bitterness that invites another sip of this refreshing, fruit-centric ale.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4–5 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a soft glow. Thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of gooseberry, passionfruit, and tangerine. Significant stone fruit esters from yeast and Zythos hops blend with a neutral, lightly bready malt background. Clean fermentation profile.
