This fractional American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on a bright lupulin profile. Centennial and Citra hops take center stage, providing a bouquet of lemon zest, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Despite its low caloric weight, the inclusion of oats creates a soft, cloud-like malt texture that supports the hop-forward intensity without adding heavy sweetness. The character is remarkably crisp and clean, highlighting a focused bitterness that remains refreshing. It successfully strips away the structural weight of a standard IPA while retaining the pungent, citrusy aromatics and dry finish expected of the style, making for an effortlessly sessionable and aromatic ale.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a thin but persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, alongside floral tones and a hint of pine resin. Low, neutral grainy maltiness with a very clean fermentation profile and no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and hop-centric, showcasing flavors of lemon peel, grapefruit, and light tropical fruit. Very low, crackery malt flavor is subtly smoothed by the addition of oats. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a clean, refreshing bite. The finish is very dry and short, leaving a light, resinous hop aftertaste without any harshness.

Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a noticeably smooth, non-watery texture from the oats. High carbonation contributes to a crisp, effervescent sensation. No alcohol warmth or astringency is present.
