This non-alcoholic American IPA delivers a surprisingly robust sensory experience, leading with a punchy hop profile driven by heavy dry-hopping with Mosaic and Citra. The nose is dominated by Citra’s vibrant grapefruit and lime zest, intertwined with the complex tropical fruit and berry notes characteristic of Mosaic. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt base provides just enough support for the assertive bitterness to shine without becoming harsh. It finishes dry and crisp, maintaining the classic West Coast-inspired balance Lagunitas is known for, despite the absence of alcohol. This confounding creation effectively translates the brewery's signature hop-forward character into a sessionable, alcohol-free format.

Appearance. Medium gold in color (approximately 7 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a medium-sized, white head with moderate persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus, grapefruit, and lime from the Citra hops, alongside tropical mango, blueberry, and light resinous pine from the Mosaic. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral background.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with high hop flavor echoing the citrus and tropical fruit notes of the aroma. Low, grainy malt supports a medium-high bitterness that is firm but clean. The finish is dry and hoppy with a lingering, bitter aftertaste and no perceptible esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and moderate to high carbonation. Completely lacks alcohol warmth, maintaining a crisp and refreshing character without any harshness or astringency.
