Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2-4 SRM). Very cloudy with a characteristic milky, whitish-yellow haze. Thick, dense, white moussy head with excellent retention.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready and grainy wheat maltiness with light honey undertones. Distinctive zesty orange peel aromatics are joined by a fresh, spicy ginger note and low peppery yeast phenols.
