Swinging At Mirrors is a high-intensity Hazy IPA that pushes hop saturation to its limits. Utilizing a trio of HBC 586, Cryo Mosaic, and Cryo Citra, it delivers a massive sensory impact. The experimental HBC 586 leads with a dense wave of tropical guava and lychee, while the Cryo Mosaic and Cryo Citra provide a layered foundation of bright citrus zest and sweet stone fruit. This pale grist-based brew pours with a supernatural, opaque glow, offering a soft, pillowy texture. It balances lush fruit complexity with a restrained bitterness, ensuring the juicy character remains the primary protagonist from the first aromatic hit to the smooth, fruit-laden finish.
Appearance. 3-5 SRM; straw to light orange-yellow. Opaque with a characteristic hazy glow; no visible particulates. Pours with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant notes of mango, guava, and lychee. Secondary layers of grapefruit and sweet orange citrus. Malt is low and bready-sweet, providing a neutral background for the hops. Clean, estery fermentation profile.
