This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers a lush, saturated sensory experience defined by its complex hop profile featuring Cryo HBC 586, Cryo Citra, and Mosaic. The aroma is an explosion of tropical fruit, leading with mango and lychee from the HBC 586, followed by the bright lime and grapefruit zest characteristic of the Cryo Citra. Mosaic provides a supportive layer of berry and stone fruit. On the palate, a soft, bready malt presence provides a pillowy foundation for these rainbow flavors to shine, finishing with a smooth, restrained bitterness. It is a celebratory, juice-forward tribute with a remarkably clean, modern profile.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4–6 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky white head with excellent lacing and high retention.
Aroma. High intensity. Pronounced mango, guava, and passionfruit from HBC 586, complemented by sharp grapefruit and lime zest from Citra. Mosaic adds subtle blueberry and peach undertones. Low, bready malt background; clean fermentation profile with no alcohol heat.
Taste. Immediate wave of tropical juice and citrus oil. Bready, doughy malt supports the hops without adding cloying sweetness. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and well-integrated. Finish is off-dry and clean, with a lingering orange peel and berry aftertaste that lacks any harshness or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and creamy across the palate; negligible alcohol warmth and no hop-derived scratchiness.
