This vibrant German Pils-inspired lager pays homage to the Italian dry-hopped tradition, showcasing a surgical precision of hop character. Despite its slightly elevated 6% ABV, the profile remains exceptionally crisp and refreshing. Appearance. 3 SRM. Pale gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a creamy, long-lasting bright white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring prominent flowery, spicy, and herbal hop notes. A clean fermentation profile supports low to medium grainy-sweet malt character with hints of toasted cracker and light honey.
