This American IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey inspired by the rugged Antrim coast. A collaboration with Brehon Brewhouse, it features a complex hop profile driven by Talus, Idaho 7, and Simcoe. Expect an immediate punch of tropical fruit, ranging from pink grapefruit to dried papaya, layered over a resinous, forest-floor pine character. The clean, supportive malt bill provides a neutral canvas for these hops to shine, leading into a robust, firm bitterness that defines the style. It finishes crisp and dry, leaving a lingering impression of citrus zest and herbal resin that invites another sip.

Appearance. Color is deep gold to pale amber (approx. 7–9 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It produces a persistent, medium-sized, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring pungent notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and mango. Secondary layers of dank pine and resin emerge prominently. Malt is low, presenting as clean, crackery grain, while the fermentation profile remains neutral and free of heavy esters.

Taste. Bold hop flavors lead with tropical fruit and citrus pith, followed by an assertive, robust bitterness. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides just enough support to prevent a harsh balance. The finish is decidedly dry and crisp, leaving a lingering aftertaste of resinous pine and grapefruit peel.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily hop texture. Carbonation is medium-high, contributing to a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated at 5.5% ABV.
