Labietis Kristaps reimagines the Oatmeal Stout as a luxurious, barrel-matured experience. The base beer’s northern robustness is transformed by extended aging in oak barrels previously housing American whiskey and Fiji rum. Infusions of whole vanilla pods create a silky, dessert-like bridge between the roasted malts and the tropical influence of the rum. Expect a complex interplay of dark malts softened by creamy oats, giving way to an exotic spice rack of nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon. The spirit-forward character reveals nuances of sugar cane syrup and dried fruit, concluding with a deep, alcohol-driven warmth and a lingering, sweet-spiced finish.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). Topped with a thick, creamy, and persistent deep-tan head that leaves dense lacing on the glass.
