This American Pale Ale captures the essence of Spanish summer with a bright, orange-hued pour and a dense, creamy white head. Designed for seasonal refreshment, it leads with a crisp, moderate-high citrus hop aroma that suggests orange peel and grapefruit. A sturdy malt base provides bready and slightly toasty support without being heavy, reflecting the brewery's focus on fresh, unfiltered character. On the palate, a clean fermentation profile allows the citrus notes to shine alongside a firm but approachable bitterness. Appearance. Orange to deep amber (approx. 8–10 SRM). Pours with a thick, white, and creamy head showing excellent retention and lacing. Appearance is characterized by a slight haze as the beer is unfiltered.

Aroma. Moderate-high hop intensity featuring distinct citrus notes of orange zest and lemon. A supportive, low-to-moderate malt presence provides scents of fresh bread and light toast. The fermentation profile is clean with negligible esters.

Taste. Initial flavors of citrus-forward hops and pale malt. The malt provides a grainy, bready foundation that balances a moderate hop bitterness. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with prominent orange and grapefruit notes. Finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering but pleasant citrus bitterness that does not become harsh.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, soft texture from the lack of filtration. Moderate-high carbonation provides a refreshing prickle on the tongue. No noticeable alcohol warmth or astringency.
