Een goudblond trappistenbier met een witte schuimkraag. Fruitige aroma's van perzik en abrikoos gecombineerd met een bloemig aroma. La Trappe Tripel is een klassiek trappistenbier met een krachtige en volle smaak. Daarnaast heeft dit bier een snoepzoet en lichtmoutig karakter. De afdronk is bitter en licht droog.

A clear, sparkling Trappist beer with a high fermentation level. Fresh and fruity taste with a soft bitter aftertaste. The various types of hops add an aromatic smell.6.5% vol. alc., pouring temperature 8-12 ºC

Si presenta di colore dorato opalescente con schiuma bianca. Il naso viene accolto da leggeri sentori aspri che richiamano la frutta (banana, pera e pesca), sentori agrumati (arancio), note mielate e lievi sentori speziati dati dal lievito utilizzato. Dal corpo leggero e una buona carbonatazione, si percepiscono al palato note di biscotto, pera, banana e note speziate. Finale secco e retrogusto leggermente amaro.

La Trappe è una birra prodotta nell’abbazia Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Van Koningshoeven a Berkel-Enschot, vicino a Tilburg, nei Paesi Bassi. È una delle cinque birre trappiste che non sono d’origine belga.

L’acqua per la birra è estratta da cinque pozzi profondi 200 metri per rispettare le tradizioni delle abbazie. Il grano rimanente dopo che il mosto viene filtrato dalla poltiglia, viene usato per alimentare la propria mandria di mucche nella abbazia.

La Trappe Blond è una birra trappista bionda piacevole, fresca e dal carattere fruttato.

Al naso possiede un profumo fruttato di banana e pera, seguito da sensazioni agrumate di arancia e da note speziate di pepe. Al palato ha un gusto morbido e dolce, con sfumature di caramello e fiori.

Ottima in abbinamento ad un filetto di tonno o a carne di tacchino.
