Wonderland presents a vibrant sensory journey led by the iconic New Zealand hop duo of Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. This Hazy IPA pours with a characteristic golden glow and a persistent, creamy white head. The aroma is a sophisticated bouquet of crushed white grapes, fresh passionfruit, and a punchy grapefruit zest, underpinned by a soft, bready malt foundation. On the palate, the experience is intensely juicy and fruit-forward, showcasing layers of tropical stone fruit and a distinct gooseberry character. With its pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, this beer captures the essence of a modern New England-style ale with a southern hemisphere twist.

Appearance. Deep gold with an opaque, luminous haze (approximately 5 SRM). Topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring dominant notes of white wine grapes and gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin, complemented by Riwaka's punchy grapefruit and passionfruit aromatics. Background malt is subtly bready and grainy, providing a clean canvas. Fermentation is clean with supportive, light tropical esters.

Taste. An explosion of tropical fruit flavors, including juicy passionfruit and zesty grapefruit, followed by a sophisticated layer of crushed green grapes. Low, bready malt sweetness balances the hop intensity. Bitterness is soft and restrained, leading into a smooth, off-dry finish that lingers with a clean, fruity aftertaste devoid of hop burn or harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a pillowy, soft mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the fruity lift. No astringency or harshness; a very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
