La Superbe TROPIKTHUNDER is a decadent Triple Fruited Gose that reimagines the traditional style as a lush, tropical experience. Vivid aromatics of ripe Mangue, bright Ananas, and sharp Passion fruit dominate the senses, supported by a creamy, indulgent undertone of Coco. The base beer provides a foundation of soft wheat and a delicate trace of sea salt that amplifies the fruit's natural sweetness while balancing the clean lactic acidity. It pours with a thick, nectar-like consistency, offering an intense, refreshing profile where the salty-tart Gose character serves to brighten the heavy tropical fruit load for a vibrant finish.
Appearance. Opaque, nectar-like appearance with a vibrant golden-orange hue (5-7 SRM). Moderate off-white head with fair retention, leaving a thick, pulpy lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity; immediate and powerful notes of tropical fruit. Strong aromas of pulpy mango and zesty passion fruit are followed by sweet pineapple and a distinct, creamy coconut richness. Low bready wheat malt and a faint, citrusy coriander spice are tucked beneath the fruit.
Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, tart burst of tropical fruit juice. Bold flavors of mango and passion fruit meld with the tangy acidity of pineapple. The coconut adds a smooth, dessert-like layer in the mid-palate. Very low hop bitterness. A light salinity is present, which enhances the sweetness of the fruit. The finish is tangy and fruit-forward with a lingering tropical sweetness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a thick, pulpy, and creamy texture due to the heavy fruit addition and coconut. Moderate carbonation provides enough lift to prevent it from feeling overly heavy. Very low alcohol warmth despite the higher 6% ABV.
