This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, opaque appearance, signaling a soft and pillowy sensory experience. The profile is defined by an intense aromatic punch driven by Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin hops, delivering a complex bouquet of crushed white wine grapes, ripe pineapple, and fuzzy peach. On the palate, the medium-full body carries saturated flavors of tropical passionfruit and gooseberry, supported by a subtle, bready malt backbone. A restrained bitterness allows the juicy hop character to lead, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel. The finish is clean yet lingering, highlighting the distinctive vinous and stone fruit qualities of the modern hop blend.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold with a pronounced, opaque haze and a luminous sheen. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a saturated mix of tropical and stone fruits. Distinctive notes of white wine grapes, gooseberry, and pineapple are prominent. A neutral, lightly bready and grainy malt presence sits in the background, free of caramel or toasted notes, alongside clean fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical fruit. High hop flavors of passionfruit, peach, and crushed grapes dominate the profile. The malt provides a soft, grainy foundation. Bitterness is low to moderate and well-integrated, never sharp or harsh, leading to an off-dry finish that emphasizes a lingering, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth, but no astringency or raw starch texture.
