Suncatcher is a radiant Hazy IPA defined by an expressive double dry-hopped profile. High-impact Nectaron and NZ Rakau hops lead with a lush parade of stone fruit and ripe melon, while Citra provides a bright pineapple and citrus counterpoint. Underlying these tropical layers is a delicate floral and resinous lift from Centennial hops. The palate is supported by bready, sweet malts that provide a soft foundation for the juicy fruit character. At 6.9% ABV, it maintains a balanced, approachable profile with a smooth finish and a refined, integrated bitterness that enhances its drinkability.

Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (4–6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Topped by a dense, rocky white head with excellent retention and thick, meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of peach, nectarine, and tropical pineapple. A secondary layer of cantaloupe and lemon zest is complemented by a hint of pine resin and wildflower. Malt is subtle and sweet, reminiscent of fresh dough.

Taste. Immediate impact of stone fruit and tropical juice. Nectaron drives flavors of ripe peach and apricot, while pineapple and melon dominate the mid-palate. Bitterness is low to moderate and soft, never harsh, balancing the light sweetness of the bready malts. The finish is clean and fruit-focused with a lingering citrus note.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is gentle and fine, contributing to a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, without any astringency.
