La Superbe ORRATZ is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend of Citra, Nelson, and Azacca. It pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing an intense bouquet of white grape and crushed gooseberry from the Nelson hops, layered with Citra’s bright lime and Azacca’s lush mango. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture that carries waves of tropical fruit and citrus zest over a subtle, bready malt base. It finishes with a gentle, integrated bitterness and a refreshing, off-dry linger, perfectly epitomizing the juicy, drinkable character expected of the style.

Appearance. Color is straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a characteristically opaque, hazy appearance and a luminous shine. It features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with very high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, gooseberry, and white wine grapes. Background layers of sweet orange and ripe stone fruit are supported by a clean, lightly bready malt presence and subtle fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavors reflecting the aroma—citrus zest, tropical mango, and a distinct vinous character. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low-medium due to the soft mouthfeel. The finish is smooth and juicy, concluding with an off-dry, clean fruitiness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
