This Hazy IPA offers a saturated, tropical escape through a potent dry-hop combination of Mosaic, Citra, and Sabro. The sensory experience begins with a rush of ripe mango, pineapple, and a distinct creamy coconut note characteristic of the Sabro addition. Citra provides a bright citrus backbone of lime and tangerine, while Mosaic contributes layers of stone fruit and a hint of berry. The palate is exceptionally soft and pillowy, supported by a neutral bready malt base that allows the hops to shine without aggressive bitterness. The finish is juicy and off-dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit salad and refreshing citrus zest.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to golden-orange with a persistent, dense white meringue-like head. The beer exhibits a characteristic opaque haze that provides a soft, luminous quality without appearing murky or containing visible particulates.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by a lush tropical profile. Prominent notes of shredded coconut, ripe mango, and pineapple lead, followed by bright grapefruit and lime citrus. A very light, clean, bready malt presence sits in the background. Fermentation esters are supportive and fruity, blending seamlessly with the hop character.

Taste. Explodes with high-intensity flavors of tropical fruit and citrus. Initial impressions of sweet tangerine and coconut give way to complex layers of passionfruit and berry. The bitterness is low to moderate, providing just enough structure to balance the soft malt profile without any harshness. The finish is smooth and off-dry, featuring a clean aftertaste of tropical fruit juice.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate and fine, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel. At 6.9% ABV, a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle. No astringency or raw starch character is detected.
